I've been training at Plus Fitness since October last year, and I've had a great experience. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. If any equipment breaks, it's repaired or replaced very quickly, which shows that the staff really care about keeping the gym in top condition. The gym has everything I need for my workouts, and it's been a great place to stay consistent with my fitness goals. Updated as can’t reply. If I wanted to let someone in I would have walked in with them. I told you the app has been playing up and I was trying the Apple wallet card for the 1st and I didn’t hear the door open thus the 2nd successive opening door. While I was there I saw group of boys walk in together so I guess there a group memberships? I am wondering the camera gets people who are constantly walking in with others as stated below I have had to walk in with kind member as the app was not working several times after hours. Worst service and as a result I have joined another gym. Not even that clean most often you see dust and pet hair on top of the old equipment I have been to many gyms with my fitness passport but have never had this issue where they keep your credit card on file after a one off access key fee. I was charged a fee without warning as someone walked in with me. it’s hard to control if members walk in at the same time. I have seen many people walk in groups. Members have let me in when the app plays up after hours. It’s understandable they charge fees if you let someone in but a courtesy warning email would be appreciated Beware of allowing people inside to avoid being charged fees. Considering the gym dark and outdated equipment and facilities it’s not worth the fees.
