This was an exceptional women's gym, with 1/2 hr workouts, and great advice on nutrition . BUT now it has closed down it is such a pity it could not remain Open!

This is an ideal gym for ladies to work out. It is a different consent to most gyms. The equipment reaches every part of the body, achieving shape, strength and fitness. I have enjoyed going for many years. This summer we have all been given a challenge to get a body ready for the beach. It has been fun, as always. This is such a friendly place and we have many great social events. I have made so many new friends, through the years and love going each day. The staff are so encouraging. I recommend it to everyone wanting to look after themselves.
