I've been using this service for about two years. I mainly use it from 7 AM before commuting or during my lunch break at work. Since I avoid peak hours, I can use it stress-free. I'm satisfied with it because of its reasonable price, 24-hour access, ability to use other branches (depending on the plan?), showers, hydrogen water (for a fee), proximity to the station, and cleanliness (the staff cleans diligently).
