Can't imagine my life without Dancefirst. I hate exercising but this place is just so much fun that I don't feel like exercising, only get more energy, great mood and strong body. My daughter of 5 just started dancing with Laila and she just loves it! All week asking: when do we go dancing again? Great place!
Sporten is altijd leuk bij Dance First!
Variabele aanbod. Echt top!
Besides dance and Zumba, you can also go there for strength training and yoga, for example. There is a great atmosphere with nice people, and Laila teaches really well. She is enthusiastic, clear, and genuinely involved with everyone. Highly recommended!
