Ember is a fab addition to Hampton Hill. I haven’t don’t any yoga there yet but there is a great range of other high impact classes such as Ember Burn which involves weight-bearing exercises as well as Barre and Boxing workouts if like me you like to ache for a couple of days after your workout. All the teachers and staff are lovely and make you feel at home. As someone who has never felt that they fit in at the gym, I feel very comfortable here.

I have always enjoyed yoga but since I discovered Ember studios it has become an essential part of my life and well being. Every teacher brings their own style to their classes which means there is variety and choice in practice styles. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you step into the studios. Even when I don’t feel like going I make the effort as I know I will feel fantastic when I leave. I cannot recommend Ember yoga studios highly enough.
