There aren't enough stars to properly rate this wonderful place! Intimate, clean, and fragrant, the workout rooms are fresh, with no aggressive air conditioning, excellent equipment, friendly service, and even a heated floor in the shower area. The personal training (with trainer Michał) is world-class! The meticulous attention to every nuance of physique and movement is fantastic, and it's incredibly motivating! If I could, I'd encourage all my friends to come here, especially if they haven't exercised before.

From the moment you enter, the girls at the reception wait for you with a smile, very friendly. Magnificent facilities, a relaxing atmosphere that invites you to practice your routine. Pilates routine that cannot be improved because I have a wonderful instructor. Anna Miękus, I am new to practicing Pilates, but she makes it so much easier and entertaining, the time flies by. Anna is very patient, she explains why and what each exercise is for, the importance of each posture, it is great to have her as an instructor. So YES, place totally recommendable .
I really like Sense Studio for its unique atmosphere and intimate feel. Training there is pure pleasure. The trainers are incredibly engaging, providing a huge dose of motivation and positive energy. I highly recommend it ✨
The studio is well-equipped, but the overall atmosphere leaves something to be desired. It's a shame, because the space has great potential.
