Been a member at TTCF for a little over a year now. This is absolutely THE best CrossFit gym in Eugene! The coaches are very knowledgeable and the communitee feel of the place is amazing. Try a free class on a Saturday......the hardest part is walking through the doors :)
I found Track Town Crossfit earlier when they opened in March of 2012. I had been looking around Eugene for a Crossfit gym where I felt welcome, where the trainers were passionate about what they do and helping people achieve their own personal goals. I also live outside of town so I needed a location that provided showers to get ready for work after my early morning workout. I am SO impressed with the level of professionalism, the friendliness and support of other TTCF Crossfitters and I look forward to going there every day. I had a major hip surgery about a year and a half ago and the trainers have been great at modifying WOD's' to help me strength my weaknesses and get back to the top of my game. I'm the strongest, healthiest and fittest I have ever been in my life. FYI, they also offer a free class on Saturday mornings with a donation of a can of food for Food for Lane County and it's a great way to try out Crossfit. I would highly recommend Track Town Crossfit. Thanks guys for loving what you do and sharing it with us all.
