I'm legally blind and I really love the people there! Both the staff and gym patrons go out of their way to give me an enjoyable, accessible experience. It's definitely diminished my fears of going to the gym!
I would write at 5 stars. But the cinema room is always messed up. There's always ladders in the way and the ceiling is messed up. The projector is always messed up in their. I mean how hard is it to get a projector that works LOL. Plus sometimes the projector works but they forget to turn on the movies in the cinema room. I give it 4 stars. Another thing is sometimes I go in there to jog for about 20min before I workout and by the time I step foot in there the movie is over, and it's showing the credits. By the time the credits are over and the workers figure out a we need to start another movie and it shows the previous for the another movie my 20 minutes is up and I have to leave to go to start my workout lol. That's if I'm lucky and the projector is working it's usually not
Staff is often rude, and the price is far too high for what is offered. The facilities are clean, and they have mostly the same equipment that is offered at other gyms. That's the best I can say.
