Proper gym, lots of great and well maintained equipment. Day passes very reasonably priced. A pleasure to train at.
Top gym All staff are sound
I’ve been a member here for a little over 2 years now and the last 6 months especially has seen amazing improvements to the gym, to a new area with more fixed resistance, heavier and more modern dumbbells, new shower fittings and better heating/aircon, all the staff are always friendly and it really has come on leaps and bounds, it trumps pure gym across the road and they’re still investing and making the place better, can’t recommend highly enough especially for the price
Was the first gym I ever trained at and the community are very supportive and respectful, I'd recommend this gym to anyone.
Such a brilliant gym would definitely recommend the staff are some of the most down to earth people you will ever meet, plenty of gym equipment for whichever exercise you choose to do.
