Bala master trainer is good for beginners and new person to gym but the result is awesome within a month but must be serious in exercise and diet my suggestion is ready to shape your body go with bala master
I feel full satisfied on joining this gym I had a great experience with Bala trainer He will daily training schedules and way of teaching with patience is more comfortable and easily losing weight in one month itself.I am so happy with the result and trained me with enthusiasm. I'm highly satisfied with the gym's infrastructure, sanitization, hygienic, well equipped machineries
Vairam Fitness is a very nice and friendly place for fitness and gym. Friendly coaches, high quality tech equipment, good dieting are the main play of this fitness studios. I wonder how they get this much attention to the attendees. Bala Master is my trainee and he is being as a great mentor for my fitness and workouts. He is being patient on my training progress and dedicated on maximum. Experienced dietician and well trained masters is being an excellent part of Vairam Fitness Studios. Good ambience and atmosphere for your greatest potential of fitness. Perfection in your body never comes too easy but they get the fitness easier for you and your health. Air-Conditioned Workout Areas, well designed equipment, Secure and comfortable, Good Playlist of music and more, All are being a great and excellent part of our Vairam Fitness Studios. Very peaceful of fitness gym. Spl. Trainer Mr. Gowthaman master is friendly & caring. 😍He takes care of everyone during their workouts.. Trains us with good sets of workouts.. Thinking to join fitness centre, 1st choice is Vairam Fitness 😘💪
Not good. The trainers are not mostly available and they don’t tell u what to train with, I had asked a trainer multiple times to help me out but he never did. There s just one good trainer but he doesn’t come the time I come, probably go to a different gym like SLAM.
