EFM Health Club Mount Eliza

I joined the Mt Eliza EFM Health Club about 2 weeks ago and I am loving the training. Each day there is something different and Memory makes it such a fun and positive environment to train in. She also adapts exercises to any injuries which is a huge help for me. Love it, it's for all ages and all fitness levels :)

Very affordable Personal Training and the Trainer is really motivating which one needs. Have lost weight and working on toning with the help and guidance from the Fitness Coaches at EFM Health Club Mt Eliza. Absolutely love it!

Fantastic locally owned gym, and great VALUE Coach Memory is supportive coach, Memory listens and works with you on the best path that suits your requirements, which leads to results. Since starting I've dropped the weight, and I feel great both physically and mentally. I've tried all the main chains gyms over the years, however I've found I've stuck with EFM Mt Eliza the longest based on the approachable and supportive programs they have in place. Highly recommend!

EFM is a fantastic, friendly gym. Memory (our awesome trainer), always provides personalised workouts that challenge and motivate me to reach personal goals. It is family friendly and always has a fun, energetic atmosphere to workout in, meet and catch up with other members. I highly recommend EFM. Long time member, Rach ;)
