My children love attending their Junior Ninja Training with Dion who manages to encourage them to work extra hard. They always leave absolutely buzzing having exercised their whole bodies and minds. I also feel very comfortable with the changes made to follow current guidelines.

What an amazing place. Me and the kids absolutely love it. Dion is a great coach and creates a brilliant and fun atmosphere. Highly recommended to all ages and abilities.

This is amazing. It gives you a fun workout, there are different levels of difficulty from kids to professional. I loved it and I'm coming back!
