Great GYM. People with all levels of fitness attend and it is a very comfortable place to work out. I attend 3 classes a week. Flexi stretch with Mike, sweat express with Anna and fit pump with Jenny. They are all really good fun classes and the instructors couldn't work any harder to achieved it. All the staff are very helpful, friendly and approachable. The GYM is always clean and the equipment is excellent. All in all a really great place to work out. The lockers could do with a bit of attention though.🤪
Great gym, has everything you need and plenty of equipment. I have an off Peak membership currently so unsure what it is like when super busy but I have had no issues accessing what I need. The staff that I have encountered are friendly and approachable, particularly Kyle. Jenny and Gareth are also very welcoming. Everything is cleaned regularly. I often see staff cleaning equipment down, hoovering etc. Overall very happy with the gym.
I find this gym very convenient, set in a large spacious area, with a good mixture and well placed machines. Offering a range of classes and personal trainers. I have just started with Grace who is just one of their PT’s and loving getting into the weights side of training having only attended a gym for many years and done only cardio.,
Nice cheap gym. There is enough equipment to get a solid workout in. The staff are friendly and helpful. Grace who coaches there was was very approachable, with fantastic knowledge on both using the machines and training.
The gym group has wonderful staff who are always happy to help. The facilities are clean, all the machines are in great working condition, and I genuinely couldn’t fault it. I would highly recommend this gym.
