Summit is a fantastic club to train at in such a positive and welcoming environment! For someone who never thought they’d try a martial art, Brian and everyone have been so supportive and I’ve had a lot of fun learning the fundamentals of jiu jitsu and self defence. Would highly recommend the Saturday morning women’s only classes for a good way to try it out!
I trained here when I was down from Sydney for a week. Brian was so welcoming and there was a great culture at the gym. Plenty of time to ask questions, interact, and learn together. There was a playful and positive atmosphere. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
I've trained at 5 different jiu jitsu gyms over 8+ years and Summit is by far the best. Brian is a fantastic coach who really understands how to teach and build people's skills. He's also created a positive, caring culture as evidenced by the 30+ kids in the Sunday morning classes. Highly recommend to adults and kids of any ability level.
Summit Jiu Jitsu is fantastic! The variety of classes fits my schedule perfectly. The coaches focus on safety and bring a high level of technical teaching. It's a warm and inviting place where everyone, coaches included, is genuinely friendly.
It's a great place to learn self defence! the teachers are very nice and it's local which helps keep it open for the public. Children from 3-6 have children lesson then 7-12 have a lesson group and older can do adult sessions. I recommend signing in!
