Recommended site for exercise. Perform strength resistance and cardio activities. It has cardio equipment, weight machines in good condition. It has a dressing area, bathroom, sauna (I have not seen it in use). He has a criticism regarding the area of group classes since it is not constant and they do not give the classes that they publish in most cases. It would be good to reinforce that part although it is very cozy and it is very comfortable in general.
