Amazing place to workout. A totally great atmosphere, with tons of equipment. Barbell based and crossfit based. Not the best for bodybuilding not if you like barbells, kettle bells, strongman equipment, ropes and caving ladders. There about 12 squat racks, 4 wood and rubber Deadlift platforms, and like 6 to 8 Olympic weightlifting platforms with full rubber. And rubber bumper plates for days.

Really deserves four and a half stars. Really just wish they left the 15kg bar on the floor and that they had a more diligent staff making people rack weights properly. We have specialized needs for Olympic lifting and this place is almost perfect. If I could change a couple of very minor things I'd be in heaven.

So I came in this morning and I came up to the desk to ask for help and there was a woman in a yellow shirt facing the other way on the phone. I tried to get her attention but she was too into her phone. I went looking around for another person in a yellow shirt and they were able to help me perfectly fine. Besides that whole experience I had with her the gym was fine. I think they said her name was Claudia or something.
