I joined Honor Yoga last week and am already addicted. I am new to yoga, so I was unsure what to expect. I absolutely LOVE it there!! It is a warm, peaceful, and inviting environment. All staff and instructors are very friendly and wonderful. There are a variety of classes and class levels to choose from. The aerial yoga is awesome!!!!! I walk in the door before each class stressed and full of anxiety, and leave each time very relaxed and calm. I definitely recommend trying Honor Yoga. You will be addicted too!
I'm new at yoga and every class I've taken at Honor Yoga in Eastampton has been great so far. The instructors are very supportive, helpful and make and you feel at ease. The reception staff is friendly and helpful and greet you by name when you walk in. The owners are fabulous. I'm enjoying my time there very much and would highly recommend Honor Yoga for everyone who's interested in learning or who has done yoga for a long time!
This is my favorite yoga studio. If you haven't tried restorative yoga, you NEED to! I am new to yoga and all the beginner classes are so easy to follow, and you leave feeling so much better and motivated to continue your yoga practice. Each teacher has their own way of teaching, and it's awesome to learn more from each class you attend. The atmosphere is calming and no matter what you could be stressed about, you will leave feeling SOOOO much better, longer, lighter, and relaxed.
I love the positive atmosphere. Shannon is amazing. This is my first time practicing yoga and I can tell already it's going to change my life. This studio is so warm , inviting , and made me feel so welcome. Can not say enough good things about my experiences so far. I did Roots yoga for the first time today with Sandra. She was fabulous, especially for a beginner like me.
What an amazing peaceful, warm, and welcoming studio at Honor Yoga, Mansfield. The restorative yoga classes help me to press the pause button on my hectic stressful everyday business life and bring myself in balance again. I am a beginner at yoga and have injuries which restrict some movements and/or poses. The instructors are so caring and committed to their students, they take the time to work with me. The commitment and love show from the instructors and flow to the students. Thank you Shannon for creating such an amazing yoga studio. Namaste
