Decent up-scale gym located in Triumph palace. A large 25 meter pool that is never over crowded. The treadmills, ellipticals amd bikes are outfitted with screens and Internet. The air is kept fresh, so none of that gym stench. The only issues I have with the gym, other than the fact that my annual membership gets more expensive every year, is that there are only two bench press stations and two squat racks. The weight lift area feels cramped and I often find myself waiting around to get in my set. Also, the lobby is littered with ads and used to sell paintings; who goes to the gym to by art? I feel it cheapens the atmosphere. Nevertheless, the staff and trainers are quite nice. English somewhat limited.
