Bikini Bods - Gym in Brookvale NSW 2100, Australia

As cliche as it sounds, Bikini Bods changed my life. From feeling down, low confidence and struggling to find purpose and meaning with recent loss in my life, I have really transformed my mind and the way I approach my life. I have never been fitter or stronger - even though I had always been into fitness, being a les mills fiend for years! However, what I really love is this empowering community - the girls are so generous and genuinely positive and grateful that it is inspiring and infectious and your own mindset can't help but change. Thank you for showing me a better way of thinking and better way of life - people comment on how much happier, confident and assertive I am, and a large part of this is BB. Thank you girls, from bottom of my heart. 🙌

The coaches and the community of awesome girls that train here have created this empowering and uplifting environment that has helped me thrive both physically and mentally. I couldn't recommend Bikini Bods brookvale enough! Do yourself a favour and come and try it!

It's the best, most challenging and rewarding choice I have made for my physical and mental health! Really supportive environment, great results and strong supportive coaches who give you 100% every class! You won't regret it!!

I have only recently joined the BB team, and boy am I glad I did. From the first training session Maddy was so lovely and encouraging and I felt at ease. The classes each week are always different & challenging and I walk away happy that I made this change & joined. It is always such a great way to start my mornings. The girls that I train with are so supportive and I have made some really lovely friends already.

I would recommend Bikini Bods to ANYONE! I absolutely love it.. the sessions are challenging and yet so fun and you feel amazing after every session! The results are amazing too.. physically and mentally. Best trainer and training programs in Australia for sure!
