I took part in a trial training session there. Despite group lessons in the form of a course, I felt very much left alone with my training. Only the exercises to be completed were written on a board and each participant was asked to do them at their own pace. The individual participants were hardly discussed. When I said that I could not do a certain exercise like that, I was suggested an alternative with the words "do it this way, it will be EVEN easier than the normal exercise" as if the original exercise were easy and I would just make myself special .
