Fantastic gym with barely any traffic during workouts, so there’s hardly ever a queue for equipment. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere with people minding their own business. Friendly staff and members, clean and tidy environment, and it always feels safe training there.

Being back at pure gym has been the best decision I've made. I used to attend before lockdown and enjoyed the classes. I started at another gym and there were not enough classes. I'm happy to be back at pure gym as they put on really amazing classes at convenient times also.

Been going here for quite some time, I’ve noticed recently it’s become more packed . Especially with young people (school age) Although it’s great to see young people active , being in an environment where there is lots of shouting , chaos, poor behaviour . Is not enjoyable. There are now groups of teenagers who group together and mess around , really makes the gym feel like a playground. I don’t see staff there often , so no one is there to stop this . Again great to see young people active , but I’ve cancelled my membership as I no longer enjoy it here. If pure gyms market is for everyone, unfortunately your going to loose customers when the environment is not enjoyable for adults . I wouldn’t recommend this gym if you are an adult 25 plus and want to get in a good workout. There are better gyms elsewhere. But great for young people who want to get started in the gym. Also it’s really dirty , lots of black mould which is a serious health hazard . Nothing is being done so have reported to local council , made higher management aware.

The worst gym ever I have been in my life. Membership number is higher than the capacity of the saloon, no hygienic kits around, very rude people around you asking again again when you will leave the tools.

PureGym is usually a good place to train and I’ve been with them for 8+ years. But this particular gym is just...nasty. The bins downstairs smell horrid, like a damp basement. There’s barely any space to train. Don’t think about using the changing rooms. And the disabled toilet… no words. Even the Yanga water screen is regularly dirty. The worst part is I’ve raised this numerous times and nothing has changed. And when I do bring it up, I’m made to feel like I’m being annoying — like I’m the problem for pointing out basic hygiene issues. I get it, it's a gym, but this is just different. I’m sure a representative will reply with some generic "sorry you feel that way and this is what we're doing". But honestly there is genuinely no reason to choose this gym over The Gym Group down the road. You’re doing yourself a disservice otherwise lol. PureGym as a brand is good. Just not this one. Avoid.
