Zdrofit - Gym in 00-008 Warszawa, Poland

Zdrofit at Świętokrzyska metro is honestly one of my favorite gyms in Warsaw so far. The first thing you notice is the reception. The staff are friendly, kind, and genuinely sweet. You feel welcome the moment you walk in, and that makes a huge difference when choosing a gym. The facilities are modern, clean, and well maintained. Everything feels fresh and thoughtfully designed. The sauna zone is a real highlight. Both the regular sauna and the infrared sauna are absolutely amazing and perfect for recovery after a workout. The only small downside is that the gym itself is a bit small. During peak hours it can feel slightly crowded, but this is not a deal-breaker. Hopefully, they will be able to expand in the future because this place truly deserves it. Overall, Zdrofit Świętokrzyska is a fantastic gym with great atmosphere, great people, and great wellness facilities. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work! 👏🏻

This is definitely my favorite Zdrofit in the entire Warsaw chain, without a doubt. It's clean, spacious, and all the equipment is brand new. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I really enjoy the steam room, and the infrared sauna is the cherry on top - - it's fantastic for muscle recovery, especially for deeper muscle groups! The only thing missing is proper bikes for cycling training. There are two Technogym (ride) bikes, but without screens, which makes them pretty useless if you want to track speed or cadence. The rest are very basic upright bikes. If you're a triathlete/cyclist looking to do proper brick workouts, Zdrofit Dw. Gdański is currently the only location that offers bikes with screens where you can actually monitor your metrics.

The gym itself is great and well equipped. But (for men at least) there are only two non-disabled bathrooms. Why!?!?! With the significant footfall in such a location they become overcrowded and dirty. Sad. It boggles the mind how the pace was designed with about ten benches and ten chest machines but only two toilets - and added advantage is that the user may have to train often neglected areas while waiting. So so sad.

I strongly advise everyone to be extremely careful before signing any membership contract here. Important conditions were not clearly communicated to me during registration - especially the fact that the contract from the Black Days Promotion is 100% non-cancellable until the end of the promotional period. Only after signing did I find out that the membership cannot be terminated for any reason, even if you move abroad for work or experience other serious changes in life. In most EU countries, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but this gym does not apply that principle for this promotion, and it was never mentioned during registration. I would have never signed this if the staff had informed me properly. Customers deserve transparency, especially when a contract cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please read everything very carefully before joining - and do not rely on any verbal information given at the desk. After explaining my situation to customer service, I was dismissed again. Their statement was that employee conversations are not recorded and that there is absolutely no possibility to withdraw from the contract. Even with witnesses present (I did not sign up alone), and despite the fact that the staff member clearly misled us by saying that it makes no difference whether you register on-site or online, this gym shows zero goodwill. In my opinion, this gym uses scam-like methods to generate memberships. Scandalous!
