Walked in for just RM10 and honestly didnt expect it to be this good. The place has Aircond, a ton of quality machine (Life fitness, Hammer Strength, technogym, cybex, nautilus, precor, hoist, mostly europe spec (If you know, u know), also got surau, changing room, studio area. Staff very welcoming and friendly. 100% worth of money.

Although gym is old, but it's quite well maintained and equipped with a variety useful machines for a full body workout. I met some friendly people and even made a new gym buddy 😍

Very nice gym with AC. Only RM7 for a walk in which is cheap. Size of the gym is decently big where the sections are divided for lower body, upper and regular treadmills. Brought my team here twice and never complaint.

This gym has expanded over the years. It's bigger now with more equipment. It can get crowded during peek hours which are usually after office hours 5pm-8pm. Not enough space for deadlift. plenty of dumbbells to choose.... Read more

This gym has expanded over the years. It's bigger now with more equipment. It can get crowded during peek hours which are usually after office hours 5pm-8pm. Not enough space for deadlift. plenty of dumbbells to choose. enough benches to use. Bathroom is much better then before. Price is rm7 pet entry. U have to bring ur own towel to clean off any sweat left on the equipment. And a small towel to sanitize the benches after use. They have dance studios and other rooms for personal fitness work. People are nice around there. They will talk to u if u talk to them. They will help u out if need help or advise.
