I can't even comment on the doctors because nobody ever returns my calls regarding an appointment. I press 9 for the English line and repeatedly get rude people that either hang up on me telling me they don't speak English or I am told someone will call back and no one EVER does. I understand it is my responsibility to speak Polish, but if this is a clinic that offers English service, they need to do a better job of offering it.

Doctor came in late. Patient who booked the appointment before mine went in and finished on time, but I did not get in - instead some other people were randomly invited in, so in the end I was late. Why even have time slots system if it is not respected by the personel?

Woman's on the registration desk were very nice and kind, thank you for listening to me. But they didn't help me at all, unfortunately. I am foreign person in this country, got problem with my foot, hard to walk, i am ballet dancer, I wanted just to have a check by specialist, because my body my work, my life, and it is very important to be sure that all is good. Unfortunately I had with me just digital ID cards (because i was on my way after my training), they didn't want to accept it and at first said that I have to call to medical centre, then send me to another hospital, it means I have to walk to another hospital with my injured foot. I said, if there people comes and dieing, do you need still documents from them??? I offered them to send to there email my documents, they said no. It is very sad, people comes to teather watch us how we dance and working hard for it, and hospital can't do small appointment for me because no documents on my hands. And sending me with injured foot to another hospital. Very upset about it, shame on the hospital who doesn't help people, when as ask for help.

Catastrophic. I have insurance at Medicover. Booked an online visit thru the Medicover app; by a bad occasion, it was a doctor from Damiana. Hi gave me a referral for a further medical check. But you cannot see neither referral nor passed visit even in the Medicover app where you booked this visit! So I cannot book a further visit to the Medicover clinic and also cannot book a visit to Damiana!!! Why? Because Damiana Center needs a referral from Medicover. Yes, on top of their referral. For the same issue. From the same type of doctor!!! Well, I booked one more visit at Medicover, got a new referral from the Medicover doctor, and came to Damiana, and their response was, "We need a different type of referral." UPD: Spoke with the reception desk manager. She tried to agree with Medicover via call, but it seems Medicover and Damiana clinics cannot cooperate. Why does Medicover offer Damiana services? Maybe to frustrate their customers. The manager said that it is quite a common issue - many people face the same. But it seems they don't care and do not want to change this. If you want to use NFZ option - do not believe your eyes. Despite the fact that you can see big "NFZ" and leaflets - you cannot choose this option here. Why? Because. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
