Was looking for a gym when I moved to Sylhet from Dhaka. After looking at many places, this stood out as the best. Good environment, great variety of equipment, and a super trainer as well.
It is a gym center for both gents and ladies .All the instruments are brand new.There are total 3 physical and weight specialist instructor.All of them are very expert and friendly.There is a drinks corner. Time: Sun-Sat Gents: Morning session -6:45am-11am Evening session -4:30pm-11pm Ladies 2-4:30 pm Friday is off.
The bars are unevenly lined, the benches are very narrow which makes things difficult if you are of a bigger build, causing alot imbalance for me due to having a wider back. The dumbells are not labelled so it's a matter of picking up and trying to find the right one. The heaviest dumbell is probably 32kg, but then I could be wrong due to no labels, but certainly not heavier. Whilst benching you will get bitten by mosquitoes as the windows were open and the ventilation fan system was not running. The staff we're friendly and helpful and did assist with spotting and were observing which was good. As im just visiting whilst on holiday I paid the daily fee of 200tk but they do have monthly charges for those who would probably be staying longer, I believe this is roughly around 1500tk a month.
