Very friendly and loads of equipment to use. May look a little outdated but don’t let that take you away from the fact that the equipment there is useful. This a gym you can use if you like a non crowded gym.
Never crowded and has about 97% of the equipment you'll want to use. Staff is friendly and the gym has a personal feel to it. Everything is very clean, (much cleaner than gold's gym). Great-smelling soap!
Lots of equipment, friendly and knowledgeable trainers. They have a diverse trove of work outs. You won't get bored.
