I've been a member of the gym for two months now and I love it. I'm so glad I took the plunge. I've noticed a huge change in my body. There's a wide variety of classes, but with the best instructors. I've tried all the classes (WOD, Chronos, yoga, and Pilates), and even if you're a beginner like me, all the classes are intense but manageable because you set the pace and the final intensity based on your limits/abilities. In my case, I've never enjoyed Pilates as much as I do now. Loli is a tough instructor, but she's so funny that time flies by, and believe me, you work out incredibly hard. They even have hypopressive classes! Amazing for the abdominal area. Also, for me, the best thing is that we all get to know each other. The instructors call you by name whether there are 2 or 10 people in the class. They're always helpful, and you can discuss exercises, sequences, and postures with them (there are yoga and Pilates classes). You can express what you need or what you don't like, and THEY LISTEN! The classes aren't huge, which allows the instructors to give you personalized feedback, just like in a private lesson. In short, if you live near Sabadell, coming to Kairos is a sure bet! Las clases de yoga son geniales y recomendables 100%!! La monitora, Cristina, es encantadora y sabe muchísimo! En cada clase te guía adaptando los ejercicios a las necesidades de cada persona y del grupo, y con la música, uso de aparatos, técnicas de respiración, etc, logra que salgamos de cada clase en equilibrio cuerpo-mente y como nuevas!! :) Muy agradecida!!
