I've been training with Pau twice a week for the past six months, and it's been fantastic. He focuses a lot on my injuries and adapts each session to help me improve without pushing myself too hard. We always do a variety of exercises, and the workouts fly by. He's a dynamic, friendly, and very professional guy. Highly recommended!

Tengo una lesion de espalda, con dolor lumbar crónico, desde hace unos 8 o 9 años, después de probar todo tipo de tratamientos y fármacos y viendo que no obtenía mejoría ninguna, estaba valorando seriamente operarme de la espalda. I have a great experience with Yoann Perotte as a Personal Trainer I have a complicated spiral fracture in my right upper arm. After recovering from the heavy operation, I got a frozen sholder on top after a 2nd fall. I just could NOT move my arm / shoulder in any direction !! I am a professional musician, cellist and of course I need my full mobility of my right arm to be able to make music. Estimated rehabilitation time, according to 2 surgeons: 1 year. Immediately I received a prescription to start for 2 months, 5 times a week, every day 2 hours of rehabilitation in a rehabilitation center. I chose to go to Yoann for treatment, each treatment is 1 hour and I did 2 a week. Given the condition of my arm, I was treated with caution, first relaxing the muscles, getting rid of the blockage, and then muscles reactivate and rebuild ...already after 15 treatments I can play the cello again, of course not with the same strength and flexibility as before the accident but I can already play !!! INCREDIBLE no one expected this, it feels like a gift !!! I will continue the treatments with him until my arm and shoulder are fully recovered, and I have no doubt that he will succeed !! After several years going to this establishment, I am more than happy with the resets obtained. The staff are very friendly and have tailored made an exercises regime for the results I was looking for, thanks to the extra little push of motivation to keep going. They have also helped me regain full mobility in my shoulder.
