They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Their invoicing is inconsistent, you get one sum in paper and another on platform and then they have no sense whatsoever how to resolve an issue.
I signed up for flexible monthly membership and was not able to cancel after 3 weeks of training without continuing to pay for another month. Very poor customer service. Everything happens through the app/web.
This place is disgusting. Yoga studio floor is covered by dust and hairs (We're gonna inhale them during workout!) and water tap and sink has pink molds. I've never seen such a unmanaged, unclean Elixia gym. Cleaning should be definately done more often and throughly.
I do not recommend at all this gym , especially If you are a visitor and you just want to to buy a monthly pass...it's not possible ! You need to buy at least two months because they calculate one month to resign the contract ! In Stockholm and Copenhagen they offer a solutions for foreigners. A good example of the bad marketing and sale in Finland.
