I have been seeing Dr. Jon for chiropractic adjustments and shiatsu massage since my first year of law school at Penn State. After three years of being his patient, I have nothing but positive remarks regarding the location, services, and care provided. I always leave his office feeling refreshed, taller, and in less back pain. Lastly, the green tea that Dr. Jon provides in-office and in a to-go bag for each patient is not only delicious but also has unequivocal health benefits. SusTus is a "hidden gem" of State College, run by a Penn State alum, and is worth checking out.

I had a great first experience at SusTus Health Spa!! As soon as I walked in Dr. Jon offered me fresh jasmine green tea and took me back for my massage. Dr. Jon is a very generous man, easy to communicate with and very attentive of my needs. Him and rest of the staff made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be returning back!

Very relaxing environment and the Massage gave me some much needed relaxation. The staff is warm and friendly and made me feel welcome. The prices are amazing especially with the current summer special I found on their website. I also took a chance and got a men's facial and it was my first one ever. Hey guys - give it a shot - its pretty cool. I would recommend the Lisa Robin Spa to anyone.

Had a nice experience with my girlfriend during a couple's massage. Just so you know, they automatically include a 20% gratuity. When I heard the total was 31 bucks more than the price I saw online I assumed I maybe read the price wrong or it was a special offer that I missed. So I left a 15dollar tip because I figured I read the price wrong and wanted to leave something. After getting home and checking the site and doing the math I realized they must've automatically added that onto my bill. I personally think that the tip amount should be up to the consumer.

The old location (in Toftrees) was wonderful! The ambiance, massage, staff and overall experience was great the first time around! But since they moved to downtown State College (for some unknown reason), it was really disappointing. It in no way feels like a nice, relaxing spa. There are poorly hung curtains to divide a very small area. Loud A/C. Just seemed very unprofessional for what we paid for. The massage itself wasn't even good, and we couldn't get over how "cheap" everything felt for an otherwise expensive massage and that ruined the experience. Also, no water after the massage? That was a first. Save your money and go elsewhere. In response to the owner's response- Yes, coming from people who do not like awkward situations or confrontation, we did say it was a good massage so we didn't have to deal with any awkwardness. I'm positive I am not the only patron out there who feels this way. Just giving a heads up to anyone looking for a "relaxing spa experience" because this trip was anything but.
