CrossFit FBO/ 212 Degrees of Fitness Barbell Club

First time in Erie and was looking for a gym. I found CrossFit FBO online and stopped by and attended the 5PM class which was great. The gym had plenty of equipment and space for the group class. There were people of all levels at the 5 pm class. The beginning class had the very knowledgeable owner teaching form and technique. And for the novice/advanced they had another personal trainer assisting with safety, technique, and form. The class ranged from jump rope/kettlebell/bar/pull-up...keep in mind there were several options that we're available if not able to complete a movement. The gym had a rehab class as well. I will definitely go for the remainder of my time in Erie.

Dropped in from out of town. Was welcomed with open arms. Coach Joe explained every movement thoroughly and made sure to recognize an out of town guest. Friendly members as well. Thanks for allowing me the privilege. Blessings

Dropped in for a class while visiting family from out of town. The facility has tons of room and everything you need, it was easy to find, and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the WOD and had a great workout.
