I've been going to this Pilates studio for four years now! Pao and Cami are so kind and incredibly professional. They work with each person individually, addressing their specific needs to achieve the best results. They also offer a comprehensive service that includes Pilates, stretching, muscle relaxation, TMJ therapy, and kinesiology. I highly recommend this place.
I've been taking classes with Paola and Camila for 17 years. They are excellent professionals, offering highly personalized practice with one-on-one follow-up. They are incredibly responsible and attentive. It's a privilege to be part of their space!
I've been coming to this place for 20 years, where the expertise, the service, the atmosphere, and everything else you could expect is of the highest quality. The two people who greet us daily are Paola, a kinesiologist and almost an osteopath, who knows exactly what each person needs to take care of their physical and emotional health safely, based on their condition, if any, and age. Each person is treated as if it were a one-on-one class. We're enveloped in soft music and the serene voice of the instructor, who, without rushing, gradually improves our posture and strengthens each and every muscle. Camila, also highly trained, alternates with Paola. I recommend it without hesitation.
