Been going to JC for years for personal training. I'm 51 yrs old and in better shape now than when I was in my 20s. She is tough but it id worth it. You will not he dissapointed I promise.
Where do I start with this review? I have been training with trainers for most of my life. JC is By far the best trainer yet!!! I love her attention to detail, and the way her training session is specialized just for you. She has a loving and caring spirit. Training with JC provides you with lifelong education about fitness. You can't help but love to work out when you work out with JC💪🏾💕
Had 3 knee surgeries and JC helped with targeting the muscles around my knee to get it back strong again
Very very good . Once I joint Jc Fitness gymI was drinking sleepy time tea every night to go to sleep .No more sleepy time tea for me . I have so much energy working out at Jc Fitness.i have loss weight at Jc Fitness. Very clean and nice atmosphere
This place is a real nice place to just relax and unwind. JC was really attentive to my needs. I would go again in a heartbeat.
