Sahaj Holistic Healing Center

Surat, India

Sahaj Holistic Healing Center shows 4.9 from 71 reviews, and while Google tags it partly as a yoga studio and fitness center, its five written reviews describe something broader: yoga and Pilates classes combined with alternative therapies like marma therapy, homeopathy, and chakra healing meditation, centered on one named practitioner.

Two People, Named in Nearly Every Review

Almost every review names the same two people together: a practitioner referred to as "Dr. Dilip" or "Dilip sir," and a yoga instructor named Chetna. Milan's review describes how the two roles work together: "I consulted Dilip sir, he is very kind and great listener. He listened to my problems properly and gave true suggestions according to my problem... I started applying his words in my life and started yoga with Chetna Ma'am. She is a very good trainer, and she teaches me yoga according to my capacity and strength." That's a specific structure worth understanding: a consultation-style practice with Dilip, paired with separate, personalized yoga instruction from Chetna.

What "Holistic" Covers Here

Meena Patel's review lists several distinct services in one visit: "Excellent training of power yoga and Pilates class by Dr Dilip sir and Chetna Ma'am... superb training, meditation session, chakra healing meditation session, and free-minded counseling with Dr Dilip sir." Nehal Palaliya, independently, echoes the meditation-focused side: "Excellent performance about power yoga and one most deep healing meditation, chakra healing meditation, amazing." I'm reporting these as the services reviewers describe experiencing, not as verified medical claims - marma therapy, homeopathy, and chakra healing are alternative and traditional practices whose effectiveness isn't established by clinical evidence in the way conventional medicine is, and reviewers here are describing their personal experience of the sessions, not clinical outcomes.

An International Visitor's Account

Huong Pham's review is notable for where she's writing from: "I've visited Sahaj Holistic Healing Center and got very good treatment regarding healing marma therapy and homeopathy also, here. Highly recommended for your holistic health. Thank you Dr. Dillip from Vietnam." That's a specific, dated account from someone who traveled internationally and sought out this particular practice - worth noting as a signal of reputation extending beyond the local area, even though it's one person's account of alternative therapies.

A Recent, Brief Confirmation

Shailesh Matolia's review, from June 2025 - the newest here - keeps it short: "Excellent session with Dr Dilip sir regarding sound healing therapy, thank you sir." That adds yet another specific modality to the list - sound healing - alongside power yoga, Pilates, marma therapy, homeopathy, chakra healing meditation, and counseling.

What's Missing

No review states session or class pricing. Nothing describes the physical space in detail. Every review names either Dilip or Chetna directly, so it's unclear whether other practitioners are involved or if the practice depends entirely on these two people.

Who It's Not For

Anyone looking for a conventional weights-and-cardio gym - this is a yoga, Pilates, and alternative-therapy practice, not a standard fitness facility. Anyone seeking clinically established medical treatment for a serious condition - the therapies described here are alternative and complementary practices, not substitutes for conventional medical care.
