I've been attending the gym for the last 3 years.. feel welcome and staff are very friendly .. The most enjoyable time is attending body pump, aerobics and fat burning classes with the professional trainer Mr. Matiwos.. I have recommended the gym to many friends who currently enjoying to be part of this family.

Life Wellness Gym and Spa have 6 branches in Abu Dhabi. The ADNIC branch is the best. It's the only branch where ladies and gents can workout or swim together. Other branches have fixed days allocated for ladies and gents. ADNIC branch is probably the best. It's neat and clean but the location of changing rooms are far away from the swimming pool. One needs to walk all the way through the corridor to reach the pool located outdoor. The management must consider provision of shower and changing rooms next to the pool. Electra branch near Lifeline Hospital is a small branch as well as the worst branch. Dirty, unkempt and unmaintained. The rooftop swimming pool needs to be repaired urgently. The branch located at RAK Creamic building is slightly better than Electra branch but also needs makeover.
