We have been living here as a tenant for almost 2 years and must say that we never felt like an outsider, the families supports each other well and lives in harmony. Every festival celebration keeps the Indian culture alive here, nurturing the values of unity in our children. Tremendous maturity and support shown by committee members especially during lockodwn and pandemic period. Very well connectivity, a safe location for families and every facility nearby makes this a well sought home for the professionals like us.

Hi, I am a flat owner in this society. Overall good location, good connectivity by road or common transport. Good enough amenities which suits the size and units of flats in the Society. Well managed gated community, CCTV cameras capturing almost all common places in the society which gives confidence of a secured place. Internal managing committee is also helpful to Owners as well Tenants unless and until someone try to create Nuisance and trying to get self-benefit from that Nuisance.

I am the owner of flat in Hiface and society is well maintained and with optimum maintenance expenses. People living here are great and always there to support each other like family members. Festival celebration in Hiface is next level.

A very good society. Unfortunately not to break guest etiquettes I wasn’t able to take pics. However this is a gated society with amenities like a small play park for children, ~350 sq feet party hall, designated parkings for residents. The security is managed by mygate. Each wing hs 2 elevators and the flats are spaciously designed given the less sq footage they have. They also have a mini garden with benches to sit and this would be a good place to move in to if you are a family. It is a bit hard to notice from the road given that it has a little bit small entrance that is shared with the neighbouring Maruti Showroom.
