Love from NB! This is the gym I go to when I visit the island, and that’ll never change. When I visited this location sometime in 2025, I had an amazing experience. I was offered assistance by multiple staff members, but the most helpful was Jade. As someone with severe gym anxiety, she made me feel seen, safe and was non-judgmental if I had to take extra breaks. She is professional but also takes on a “friendship role” when working with clients, and that makes all the difference. If I could put more than 5 stars, I would. I've really enjoyed my experience here. The staff here are incredibly friendly. Matthew and Arman were very encouraging as advisors and instructors. I felt they wanted me to succeed, as we occasionally talked, which helped me stay accountable to my goals. Besides that, the equipment is complete and well-maintained. All of the facilities are also very clean. It gets busy during the typical hours, but never feels cramped since the building is huge. I would definitely recommend trying this place out!
I had an excellent experience training with Robin. As someone with no prior workout knowledge, I really appreciated his patience, clear explanations, and supportive guidance throughout each session. He made me feel comfortable in the gym right away, and my confidence has improved a lot. He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended, especially for beginners looking for proper guidance and motivation.
Great gym with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Robin was extremely helpful, answered all my questions clearly, and made me feel comfortable joining. His encouragement and support played a big role in my decision to sign up. Highly recommend!
