Inside is a very spacious gymnasium. There are waiting rooms and shower rooms. There are shower rooms, but the men's shower rooms are a bit old-fashioned. 🚿 The facility staff were also very polite and helpful.

It's about a 10-minute walk from JR Station (Shin-Osaka) (the recommended line), or a 15-minute walk from Hankyu Station (Shibashima). Taxi drivers only go as far as the Lawson convenience store. The gym is spacious and convenient. However, one time the driver got lost and went to a nearby sports center.
The floor is very new and not slippery. There are only stairs for seating. If the toilets were a little cleaner, it would be perfect.
I visited to support a university basketball game. I also visited last year. It's an old gymnasium, for better or for worse, and there's no parking lot, so I parked in a nearby coin-operated parking lot.
