Very satisfied with my workout experience at f45 Adyar! I could see changes in my body in 2 months. Everyday it's a different workout program (slim chances of monotony setting in). Although the programs are fixed, the trainers can guide you to reach your fitness goals, whether its weight loss or muscle building or just being able to do something that you have been wanting to. The studio is maintained well. Equipment is wiped down regularly thru the day. The staff is courteous and pleasant. The trainers are friendly and approachable.
Great workout regime. The people and staff are very friendly. They take good care of their customers and provide a very warm atmosphere. The provide a well structured HIIT program and then venue is kept extremely clean.

Have been a member here since a few months now. Fantastic structured program by F45 with good balance of cardio, resistance and strength training. The trainers are arguably the best you can get in the area - very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly and also invested in the trainee's overall fitness. One improvement point would be that the gym be open for Saturday evening and Sunday morning sessions, which is when most office-going folks are sometimes able to focus on fitness! Edit : Also there have been one too many festival holidays recently in addition to the Saturday evenings and Sundays! For fitness to become a habit, gyms need to be open more often!
