Well-equipped gym. Not all the machines are available, but at least the most needed ones are there.
The team is super friendly & the place is beyond fantastic- clean, neat, always smells good. Equipments are well maintained. Trainers are supportive. My personal trainer- Amr- whom I highly recommend, is very professional.If you wanna get the best out of your work out, hook yourself up with him. A few sessions per week would make a whole difference. I lost 5kg in 5 weeks- never reached such goal before.
The place is well stocked and clean enough but the people working there are enormously annoying. They call you everyday, multiple times from different numbers to ask "why don't you come today?" As if this will make me want to come to your gym? Even if you go today, they'll keep calling again tomorrow.
One would expect that with such exorbitant prices, everything would be flawless and the service would be amazing. However, aside from the friendly staff, which one appreciates, the place is getting very overcrowded lately, and equipment is shit and keeps deteriorating with treadmills becoming dangerous and almost unusable, and you'd still need to pay extra to get a workout or a deit program, which is almost necessary for a beginner so you find out after paying the expensive subscription you need to pay even more for private coaching
Worst Gym ever for ladies, extreme disrespect to ladies members by the facility & management staff. First they closed the ladies area with no notice, when I asked for compensation they gave me an exception to use the studio by myself when there were no classes there. Then they closed the Studio with no notice again, and as compensation they give me a special exception to use the lockers for personal permanent use. One day they broke it and took everything inside without letting us know, "as they found something dangerous, maybe drugs or a camera who knows!" when I demanded to collect my stuff and to be accompanied by a female staff many times. They refused and a male staff member showed me where my stuff is and insisted on seeing what was inside of it (personal belongings and underwear), when I refused to let him see it, he told me that he already saw it before and named it item by item. I was super humiliated and cried myself away. As a compensation they offered to give me one week of freezing, so the members dignity and safety are only worth a week!. Not to mention that the male cleaning staff sneaks between ladies only classes to clean "to see women uncovered". Even though we complied with the millions of times nothing happened as usual. This place is not safe for ladies at all.
