Als die Haupteigenschaft meines Vertrags wegfiel und es eine Beitragserhöhung gab, veranlasste es mich eine Sonderkündigung einzureichen. Nach mehreren Monate erhielt ich noch immer keine Rückmeldung. Der telefonische Kundensupport der VK BodyFit GmbH teilte mir mit, es gäbe keine Grundlage für meine Forderung. Seitdem ich mit einem Anwalt Druck machte und die Bankverbindung sperrte, ignorieren Sie mich. Bis heute herrscht Stillschweigen.
Kulanz - ein Fremdwort bei der VK Bodyfit GmbH. Seit 5 Jahren bin ich Mitglied in einem CleverFit Studio welches von der VK Bodyfit GbmH verwaltet wird. Ich möchte meine Mitgliedschaft zum Ende Juni 2026 beenden und hatte leider 6 Tage zu spät gekündigt. Ich habe freundlich gefragt, ob man meine Kündigung auf Kulanzbasis noch akzeptiert. Dies wurde leider mit Standard Vertragsklauseln abgelehnt und somit muss ich nun fast ein komplettes Jahr nochmal bezahlen, obwohl ich nicht mehr in das Fitnessstudio gehen werde. Mein Fazit: Nie mehr.besuche ich ein Studio welches von der VK Bodyfit Gmbh verwaltet wird.
Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben, da es leider zu erheblichen Unstimmigkeiten gekommen ist und sich seit Monaten keiner um die Sachlage kümmert. Von meinem Konto wurden Mitgliedsbeiträge doppelt abgebucht, obwohl nur ein Mitgliedsvertrag besteht. Außerdem kam es zu Differenzen bezüglich meiner Kündigung. Ich musste die Sache letztendlich eine Anwalt übergeben.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from VK Body fit. It is utterly disgraceful how they treat previous customers. I have just now received an Inkasso request for 227 Euro from Inkasso Becker Wuppertal in relation to having been a member at VK bodyfit from may to Juli of 2020. VK wrote me a year later in December 2021 requesting payment from subscription fees, because I apparently still counted as a member in their system despite me having expressed my will to terminate the contract long ago. Nonetheless, in December 2021 I talked with your customer service and agreed to pay 182 EUR in order to close the matter altogether. I was told that upon payment, the debt would be settled and out of your books. Further, I would be removed from your system and no longer considered a member. Then I don’t hear from them for 2 years, fully expecting things to having been handled. And now suddenly out of nowhere I receive an Inkasso mail asking for an absurd amount of money. They are a money grabbing, disgusting business and I refuse to fall for your dirty tactics.
