Motywował mnie, kiedy trzeba było, ale zawsze z ogromnym wyczuciem i wsparciem. Każde spotkanie było nie tylko treningiem, ale też mini terapią - wychodziłam z uśmiechem i większą wiarą w siebie. I have been training with Janek for 18 months now and I have always been impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge. I can only recommend MYB with all my heart: all their places and trainers are extremely professional, supportive, fun, can be flexible through various location and preferred times/days, the atmosphere is great and they can look after the whole health-related sphere of one's self - plus they have a great coffee, which is some nice addition.
I have been training with Pawel for almost a year. Very friendly and positive atmosphere. I have benefited much from his expertise of strength training, general fitness, and nutrition. Highly recommend it!

Excellent experience. I've been training there for 1year. The team is very nice, very welcoming and professional. Perfect english talking for foreigners.
