It’s an older gym than some but the atmosphere and culture is the best I’ve been to. Friendly staff, all the necessary equipment and there’s a good variety of classes to attend. Also, GREAT pricing.

Since I first walked into this gym in November 2017 I have met a very warm and friendly group of people. The classes and trainers are great! The classes are at really convenient times so I can come before or after my 8:30am - 5pm work day. I'm so glad I became a member, I highly recommend this gym.
Great old skool gym! Several rooms to work out in, cardio equipment including spin bikes and a massive floor space for fitness classes. Super impressed with this little hidden gym! Great membership prices that smash the other gyms out of competition. If if your looking for a quiet old skool gym that also has an outdoor pool and other facilities including a coffee bar out front, then look no further. Staff are also very lovely 😁
This facility is absolutely amazing! They accept everyone, and in so doing provide incredible facilities such as cardio equipment, weight room, pool, group fitness classes, and even squash! The managers are lovely, and make sure that you get the most out of your membership. Prices are the best in the area. I'd 100% recommend Physical Addiction any day.
