I just recently left, but used Basic's facilities for two years and was not disappointed. I truly enjoyed being able to go at all times of the day and there were not many times where equipment was broken or out of service.
I enjoy going. The gym could use some dusting and yesterday there were no clean towels. This location needs a staff member there a little more to keep things up. Has good equipment and staff is helpful.
What a load of garbage! I signed up at the location by Keyser to use the location off of Highway 6. The app barcode won’t work there, nor will the keychain barcode they gave me. Mind you, I went back multiple times explaining this issue before I even received the keychain barcode. Go back in to the place on Keyser to just cancel my membership since they can’t get it together and give me access. They keep telling me that I can use that facility on Keyser, but if I wanted to use that one, I would’ve signed up for that location!! They give me a number to call to cancel the membership because they can’t do it at the gym apparently. Call the number to speak to someone who’s broken English is horrendous. Then I’m told via email that I can’t cancel unless I’ve moved, have a medical condition, or I can buyout of the contract, lol!! This is pure fraud! Sell you a service then don’t provide the service to which you agree to. Any attorneys out there need something to do??
I hope they fixed the lock. When I had a membership, it didn't work, so I couldn't get in at night.
Oh my God if I could leave a 0 star I definitely would the spider webs on the machines the carpit everything is completely dirty I will be contacting them to see about a re fun I can't believe it my husband only came twice and I've never been and when I went I could not believe my eyes I don't see how they could even call this a gym
