I have been training with Or for a few years now and he not only helped me get back into a fitness routine after a surgery, he has helped me regain strength. Really great place to train. Or Hever,my trainer is very professional and knowledgeable. I have been going to him to train for about 3 years. So it was great to go to Evolve which he has started. Its calm and the individual attention really helped me develop. Key metrics like your body composition,grip strength etc are measured and a very objective approach to training.
