From the moment I walked into Genesis Health Club, I had a fantastic experience. Gretchen and Max gave me such a warm, professional welcome during my initial visit. They took the time to show me around the facility, explain the layout, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. Their friendly, attentive approach really stood out. The club itself is clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to navigate. All of the equipment I used was in excellent working condition, and the facility is clearly well maintained. A great first impression all around. If you’re looking for a fitness club with excellent customer service and a clean, welcoming environment, I highly recommend Genesis Health Club.
Been coming to this gym for almost 10 years now. It’s been through a lot of changes in ownership but at the end of the day this place has everything you need for a workout. The staff is super friendly and it seems like they are taking strides in revitalizing this gym with more member involvement. Definitely recommend.
We will be moving to Lexington at the end of the month, so we have been trying out all of the gyms in the area to decide where we would like to work out. We were very impressed with this location. The staff member at the front was very amicable and willing to help. She offered to show us around. (we decided to look around ourselves) we did a workout and decided that this could be a good contender. The price is a little higher than some, but I would definitely recommend checking out this gym.
We just visited the LA fitness with the idea to enroll in the gym. Great facilities and spacious gym. Has many exercise machines and business hours is great. It took us a lot of time to understand membership fees, initiation fee, and annual fees. They need either a better way to explain or better written prices. Buying a car is easier than understanding LA Fitness.
It's ok and the staff is nice but I absolutely HATED how apparently you have to have an interview/get to know you, your weight, your medical history, etc & let me try to upsale you on everything we have here. It's a bit much. We canceled and are looking to start up again. We'll be going someplace different this time as I'd rather not go through that again.
