Jak tylko urodził się mój synek i kupiłam otulacz w The Slings widziałam, że nasza przygoda z tą marką na tym się nie skończy. Przy każdym kolejnym zamówieniu jestem coraz bardziej zachwycona jakością przedmiotów które zamawiam. Obsługa klienta na najwyższym poziomie, jak mam jakiekolwiek wątpliwości odnośnie wyboru rozmiaru zawsze mogę liczyć na szybką pomoc. Chciałabym żeby każdy sklep miał tak cudowną obsługę klienta jak występuje tutaj. Pozdrawiam całą ekipę a przede wszystkim Panią Anię która rozwiązywała ostatnio nasz problem ze śpiworkiem ☺️

I ordered a swaddle as part of my son's layette. The material is very soft and "well-made" :) I also really appreciate the customer service. After I informed her that the shipment of my order would be slightly delayed, Ania kept in touch with me and informed me about the reasons for the delay and the progress of the order. I highly recommend it :)

Nie polecam. Dostałam nowy produkt z wadą i w moim odczuciu nikomu nie zależało, żeby ten błąd SZYBKO naprawić, ani nikt za to nie przeprosił. Więc jak komuś zależy na szybkiej dostawie to niech bierze pod uwagę, że może trafić tak jak ja i po odbiorze przedmiotu, który nie kosztuje mało bujać się z reklamacją i oczekiwać na mejle od firmy, która się nie poczuwa do odpowiedzialności za produkt z niedoszytym materiałem.

I strongly advise against purchasing this item. The order was not received due to problems with the DPD app, but the store decided to charge me for shipping and not refund the 16 PLN. Furthermore, the store was unprofessional, repeatedly stating that the refund would be processed on a given day, and failing to keep their word.

I don't recommend it. The products are beautiful and the service is flawless, until the return is processed. I waited 12 days for a response to my email... No one responded to my Instagram message. It's been over three weeks and I still haven't received a refund for the returned order.
