Coach Giapo is one of the best trainers I’ve worked with. He really knows what he’s doing and focuses on proper form before increasing weight. He doesn’t hand out random workouts, everything is tailored to your level and goals. He pays attention to the small details that actually make a difference and keeps you motivated without unnecessary pressure. If you’re serious about real progress and solid results, I highly recommend him. 💪🏼💪🏼

Had a tour the other day, great facility better staff. Certified personal trainers with great and diverse backgrounds, many options. Maybe not my place to review as a foodie 🤣🤣 but this place just amazed me with there friendly community and great equipment. Many thanks to the staff for the great tour special thanks to coach Carlos Peralta for the tour and the encouragement much appreciated 🙏🙏. PS they have a great protein shake shop 😁😁.

I attend to the gym, a bit pricey but i love how it’s calm not a lot of people there so i can use the machines and weights freely.. i attend gymnastics for the first time in my life here with coach Rihab , i never thought i would be able to do any of the exercises specially that i am 30. within a month i couldn’t recognize my ability to hand stand longer, and to do other exercises.. the coach is very patient and know how to simplify the exercises, she is so sweet it fills me with energy every time i attend.. and i always look forward to this class

I’ve been a member of Arena since 2015 in Jeddah, and honestly Arena has always been more than just a gym for me because of the community, atmosphere, and experience we got used to over the years. That’s why moving to Riyadh and trying the Riyadh branch was honestly surprising for me and for many members who came from Jeddah as well. The difference in gym size and equipment availability is very noticeable compared to the Jeddah branch. I believe there should be a more consistent standard across Arena branches, especially considering the membership pricing and the reputation Arena built over the years. In Jeddah, the gym feels more spacious with a much wider variety and quantity of equipment, while the Riyadh branch feels limited in comparison. A lot of us genuinely want to continue with Arena because we’re attached to the community and service we’ve known for years, but many members have started considering other gyms simply because the Riyadh branch doesn’t currently feel like the same Arena standard we were used to in Jeddah. I truly hope management considers improving and expanding the Riyadh branch experience because the brand itself deserves that level of consistency
