Wow! I can't believe this place is permanently closed. Back in 2012 I was a troubled and lost 17 year old, I used to help out at the gym over the weekends cause I couldn't afford it. This place gave me a purpose. It kept me out of trouble. The owner thought me a lesson which helped me finish high school, college, and start my career. Though I only trained there for 6 months, I learned a much more valuable lesson than martial arts.

The coaching staff very friendly and are very educated in there their art. Every coach very motivational and always want the best for the trainee. Very good environment to learn and work hard all day everyday.

Club KO. Great gym. Started a month ago and been the best decision of 2017 yet. Workouts are always fun, different and push you to your limit. Trainers are awesome and they keep it real. If they see you slacking, they will correct you cause they want you to ALWAYS IMPROVE! You see young children training too so it shows that they are making a positive impact on the community. Health is wealth and this is a great place to earn your health back. Learn some self defense while you sweat!
