Peggy is such a light on dark days. She's always flexible with you rather it be physically or mentally. I couldn't recommend her enough. If I wasn't visiting from out of town I'd be a regular at the studio. The space always felt comfortable and that's hard to find in a class. I really looked forward to our yoga sessions everyday. Thank you Peggy for everything!
You will love Yoga Loft! Peggy and all of the instructors are down to earth ~ you will feel like you have known them all for years. The atmosphere is great and it's the perfect warm studio to practice yoga ~ whether you are brand new or if you've been a yogi for years.
Yoga Loft provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The instructors are good people; you would enjoy adding into your life. I've enjoyed every visit to this Yoga studio and encourage other yoga lovers to come practice at this studio.
I am not a yoga expert by any means, but I enjoyed this class very much! Great atmosphere and a helpful instructor. Definitely appropriate for all skill and experience levels. Will be going back very soon!
